Topic: Dr. He will share the journey of developing a rapid bacterial detection technology, highlighting laboratory research, customer discovery, real-world validation, start-up formation, and lessons learned in academic entrepreneurship. Intended for faculty, students, postdoctoral researchers, food industry professionals, and others interested in translational research, this program will explore the challenges and opportunities of bringing food technology innovations beyond the laboratory.
