Rakesh K. Singh, Ph.D. is a Past President of Phi Tau Sigma, a Lifetime Member; and is a Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the Department of Food Science & Technology at the University of Georgia, where he was department head from 2001 to 2020. He is also a Fellow of IFT, Fellow of IAFoST, Fellow of National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of India, and Editor-in-Chief of LWT – Food Science and Technology.
