Mary K. Schmidl, Ph.D.

Mary K. Schmidl, Ph.D. is a Lifetime Member, Past President, and currently serves as Director on the Board of Phi Tau Sigma. Mary is also a Past President of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), a Past President of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), and Adjunct Professor, Department of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Minnesota.
