Andrew Maust

Andrew Maust, a Lifetime Member of Phi Tau Sigma is a PhD student in Food Science at the University of Arkansas. He is known for his research on nonalcoholic beer, yeast fermentation, and flavor chemistry. He won the university's 3-Minute Thesis competition in early 2025 for his work on developing better nonalcoholic beers. (Donation to the General Fund).
